화장품’은 마약을 제외한 모든 몸에 적용되는 상품을 뜻합니다. 립스틱 등의 메이크업 제품 뿐만 아니라, 염색약, 샴푸와 린스, 비누, 데오드란트, 스킨 로션 등등이 모두 ‘화장품’의 범주에 속합니다. 최근 리서치 조사에서 밝혀진 바에 의하면 매일 평균 126가지의 화학재료가 들어간 9가지의 화장품을 사용하고 있다고 합니다.

 

 

About parabens... 

A. Parabens are a group of compounds widely used as anti-microbial preservatives in food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics products, including underarm deodorants. Parabens are absorbed through intact skin and from the gastrointestinal tract and blood.
U.K. researchers found measurable concentrations of six different parabens in 20 human breast tumors. The study highlights the need for more research on the potential link between products containing parabens and increased breast cancer risk.
